Hey sis,

In this final episode of our second season on the podcast, I have a lovely community conversation with Priscilla, founder of Adjumatribe. This is a community focused on all things slow living and mindful living personally and in business. In this conversation, we talked specifically about decolonizing slow living as well as the black heritage of slowness and mindfulness.

May it be of benefit and I am so excited to talk with you all in the next season of Bloom Baby Bloom!

Until then, take good care, keep your light, courage and love safe and close <3

Hey sis,

In this episode, I share about the journey towards daring to live in our truth.
Understanding the fear that keeps up away from daring but also the great, holistic  and sustainable benefits of realigning ourselves with our truest selves.

May it be of benefit.

Hey sis!

This Sunday's episode is all about the holistic getaway. The big, the small, far or locally. I share about how travelling has been a great way for self-discovery, for learning and testing out new ways of existence, lifestyles and values. Travelling as a tool for healing, in new spaces and from different perspectives

May it be of benefit.

Hey sis!

This Sunday's episode is a community episode with a friend I met during my time in Brazil, Letícia Moreira. We speak about decolonizing our idea of the purpose of jobs and the path towards our lifework and dream jobs. We discuss ways to redesign our own purpose of getting degrees, their uses and our journey towards meaningful work, in community and for community.

May it be of benefit.

Hey sis!

This Sunday's episode focuses on all things sovereign & decolonial existence. I find this subject rather relevant concerning the times we are now facing, where our liberty and so-called freedoms are under so much threat. I hope it reminds us of our birth tight, to work to exist as empowered individuals in harmonious communities of our choosing.

May it be of benefit.

Hey sis!

This Sunday's episode is on the way I am reimagining the meaning of life after loss. Reflecting on how life changes and how we find meaning and purpose as we have more experiences with life and passing on.  May it be of benefit.

Hey sis!

This Sunday's  episode was inspired by a lesson I have been learning over the years, but like many lessons, they circle back differently now and then; for us to see our growth and for us to see where we can still grow some more. As I enter the 32 chapter of my life (yay!) I know it is something I want to continue intentionally shifting for myself.

This is about feeling worthy of good things, the "premium" experience, what you truly want and not what you have learned to settle for. In this episode I share a bit of my own journey through feeling more worthy and allowing myself to reach for the things I truly want and not be the one limiting my own possibilities but my own constant promoter and encourager. May it be of benefit.

Hey sis!

This Sunday's community episode is on the reflections we have about our bodies. A reflection in alignment with the recently Earth day celebration, as a living body in combination with our own body. I included some intakes from a few of my lovely community members who wanted to share a little about what their body is for them.  May it be of benefit.

Hey you, I hope you are all doing well!

This Sunday episode is on the subject of living slower even in big and busy cities. Finding calmness in the loud and making little changes to stay grounded and live with inner flow in bigger cities and more. May it be of benefit.
